Off Campus
Lampeter
If you come to Kayleigh’s office (situated int the Students Union, First Floor) between 9am – 5pm on a week day, you can ask for the off campus housing list and she can help you contact landlords and determine what sort of property you’re interested in. There's adverts for lettings pinned up to the board next to her office. There are also notice boards around town that also advertise places to let, in Co-op, Sainsbury’s and Spars notice boards as well as the notice boards outside of the mulberry bush. There are also adverts in the paper. The estate agents in town do not do rented accommodation, only sales.
Carmarthen
We've got a few options to help you for off campus housing in Carmarthen. Firstly, it's worth checking notice boards in the Students' Union as adverts sometimes appear in these places. Also, feel free to pop in to the Students' Union and see Emma - your Vice President: Welfare & Education Officer or the Accommodation Officer in Student Services and pick up website and password to access the TSD Living website to see what external accommodation is currently available. This is a new website with up to date information about places to rent in the area. You can also narrow your search and select the relevant options to find exactly what you are looking for.
