What is a Programe of Study Representative?
A Programe of Study Representative is an elected student whose job it is to give academic related feedback from students to their departments and campaign for positive change. Programe of Study Representatives attend Student-Staff meetings and departmental annual reviews. There are three Programe of Study Representatives per year (1st, 2nd and 3rd years) for every programme to ensure that all the different years are represented.

Course deadlines
Reading lists
Lack of books
Turnaround of marked work
Assessment - exam scheduling/number of exams
Cancelled lectures
Problems with tutors
Teaching methods

Workload

How to become a Programe of Study Representative
Representatives are elected at the beginning of each academic year. This usually takes place during the first two weeks of semester on both the Lampeter and Carmarthen campus.
