Contacting the local family planning clinic
Providing pregnancy tests, tampons and sanitary towels, condoms.
MENTAL HEALTH
One in four of us will experience some kind of mental health need at some point in our lives, according to NHS statistics. If you are concerned about your emotional wellbeing, or if any issue is worrying you, why not arrange to see one of the University's Counsellors?
The University's Counselling Service is free and highly confidential. You do not have to manage your difficulties on your own.
ALCOHOL AWARENESS
Having a laugh, talking about what happened that night, finally pulling that person you've been chatting to and having those deep and meaningfuls that make a lot less sense in the morning...
Those hours after the clubs close can be the best part of the night! Make sure you can last all night- don't go over the top on the booze, end up staggering home early and missing out!
EATING WELL 
59% of our students think that Dieting is normal adolescent behaviour. IT IS NOT.
Make sure you feed your body what it needs.
