Our Annual General Meeting has been rescheduled and will take place on the 10 June. This is to give everyone the best chance to attend and submit their motions.
What is a Motion? - You have the power to make real change at the Students' Union. A Motion is a written proposal that any student can submit. It's where you share your idea with the Students' Union; this could be a campaign, changes to our governance, adding something to policy, or just about anything else. Your proposal must be submitted in writing (using the template) and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by 11 am on the 27 May. Motions will be voted on by our members at the AGM.
The AGM is still happening over Zoom, join us at 5.30 pm on Wednesday 10 June. Full details are on our AGM notice. Get in touch if you have any questions.
