But your Students’ Union is here with some stress busting Pop Up Unions.
That means were bringing back the bananas! Plus other stress busting snacks – with some tips, tricks and activities to help get you through the next couple of weeks.
New for this year is our dark chocolate fountains – so grab a skewer and get dipping.

Bananas are a great super food; not only do they taste great, they are also good for managing stress and nerves, as well as boosting your mood and feelings of positivity.
We’ll also be handing out:
Dark chocolate, which is great for helping your focus, memory and problem solving.
Tea and coffee, good for helping you stay alert from all those late night study sessions.
Last, but not least, is chewing gum. Which can help to reduce levels of stress and anxiety – put it in the bin, not under the desk.
